1. Work water area
Water area of Guiping Hongxin Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Guiping Liulan factory.
2. Overview of vessels and operation time
(1) Xinda 1, vessel identification number: CN20236734068, vessel type: bulk carrier, total length 77.83 meters, beam 15.4 meters, depth 5.25 meters. Launch time: August 31, 2024, 10:00-14:00
(2) Guinan 6988, vessel identification number: CN20238579765, vessel type: multipurpose vessel, total length 77.84 meters, beam 15.4 meters, depth 5.25 meters, launch time: September 1, 2024, 10:00-14:00

4. Precautions
(1) During the operation, other vessels must not enter the work water area without permission.
(2) The maneuverability of the launched vessels is severely limited, and passing vessels should enhance lookout, closely monitor the dynamics of the new vessels, and obey on-site commands.
(3) Guard vessels must display signals as required and maintain smooth communication.
(4) Traffic control measures will be implemented during the launch of the new vessels. Passing vessels should actively avoid and maintain a safe distance for safety.
