Guiping Hongxin Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. has recently had new vessels launching operations. To ensure the smooth progress of the launching operations and the navigation safety of passing vessels, the following matters are announced:
1. Operation water area: The water area of Guiping Hongxin Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in the Liulan factory area, Guiping City, Guangxi (Xiawan Village, Mengxui Town, Guiping City, Guangxi).

Launching time: February 10, 2025, 13:00-17:00. (2) New vessel 1, vessel identification number: CN20240510609, vessel type: bulk carrier, total length: 77.83 meters, beam: 15.4 meters, depth: 5.25 meters. Launching time: February 11, 2025, 14:00-18:00. (3) New vessel 2, vessel identification number: CN20242503817, vessel type: bulk carrier, total length: 77.84 meters, beam: 15.4 meters, depth: 5.25 meters. Launching time: February 12, 2025, 14:00-18:00. (4) Fuhang 9689, vessel identification number: CN20240180472, vessel type: bulk carrier, total length: 77.83 meters, beam: 15.4 meters, depth: 5.25 meters. Launching time: February 13, 2025, 14:00-18:00.

4. Precautions (1) During the operation, other vessels must not enter the operation water area without permission. (2) The maneuverability of the launching vessels is severely limited, and passing vessels should enhance lookout, closely monitor the dynamics of the new vessels, and obey on-site commands. (3) The guard vessel must display signals as required and maintain smooth communication. (4) Traffic control measures will be implemented during the launching of the new vessels, and passing vessels should actively avoid and maintain a safe distance for safety.
